Estimates and quotes

Prices and estimates on this website, including the instant estimate, are a guide only. They are not an offer to sell and do not reserve material. A sale is final only after we confirm availability, quantity and price with you directly.

Availability

Our inventory changes often as new loads arrive and stock sells. We do not promise that a particular thickness, size or quantity is or will become available, and we cannot source specific products on request.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed per board foot and per sheet and exclude sales tax, which is added where it applies. Prices may change based on material availability and market conditions. Orders are paid in full; we do not offer financing.

Product condition

We sell unused factory overstock and factory seconds. Nothing we sell has been installed or torn off a roof. Factory seconds may have cosmetic or minor defects. We describe the condition of each lot honestly, and we encourage you to inspect material at pickup or delivery. We do not provide product warranties of our own.

No manufacturer affiliation

High Country Discount ISO is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any insulation manufacturer.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is in American Fork, Utah, by appointment. Delivery is about $2 per mile, counted round trip, and is free on orders of $500 or more within about 100 miles. Delivery fees shown on the website are estimates and are confirmed with your order.

Installation

We sell insulation only and do not install it. Follow applicable building codes and the product requirements for your project.
